How personalization works

1. Choose your piece

Pick a design, then a format (framed canvas in Black, Natural Wood or Dark Wood, unframed canvas, matte poster or foam board) and a size.

2. Tell us your story

Fill in the Personalize it box on the product page: names, dates, places, song lines or your own words. Fields marked with * are required. Font and color numbers are shown in the product photos; leave them blank and we'll use the design you see first.

3. Approve your free proof

We email you a digital proof, usually within 24 hours. Ask for any change to text, fonts or colors; it's free until you're happy. Nothing is printed until you approve.

4. We print and ship

Your piece is printed by our production partner close to you and shipped free in the US, usually arriving 2-5 business days after production.

Tip: For star maps, send the date, time and place of your moment. A city is enough. No time? We use 10:00 PM local time.
