Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. Every SerenoWalls piece is made to order and printed by our production partner Gelato at the facility closest to you.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email us at hello@serenowalls.com and we will check what is possible.
How long it takes

Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days of purchase. The product page shows an estimated arrival date. Production starts once you approve your proof, so a quick approval means a faster delivery.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates provided by our production partner and carriers. During busy seasons (such as November and December) or because of weather and carrier delays, delivery can take longer. If your order is for a specific date, please order early and approve your proof quickly.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping within the United States is free. Any shipping cost that applies to your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have not received it within 7 business days of approving your proof, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Packaging
- Framed canvas ships ready to hang, with hanging hardware attached.
- Unframed canvas ships stretched on wood bars, ready to hang or to frame.
- Posters ship in protective packaging. Frames are not included.
- Foam boards ship flat in protective packaging. Easels, stands and props shown in photos are not included.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of your order and we will update it. After an order ships, we cannot change the address.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, see our Refund policy. We replace damaged and lost orders at no cost.
