Every SerenoWalls piece is personalized just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges. This is why we send you a free digital proof first: nothing is printed until you approve it.
Damaged in transit
Send us a photo of the damage, and of the packaging if you still have it. We'll open a claim with our production partner and send you a replacement at no cost.
A problem with the print
If the color, alignment or finish isn't right, message us and we'll reprint and ship a replacement at no cost. You don't need to send the original back.
Typos
We print your text exactly as approved on the proof, so please double-check spelling, names and dates before approving.
